The production of cookware faced critical challenges due to extreme temperatures reaching 450°C, creating dangerous handling conditions for workers and limiting production capacity. These constraints significantly hindered operational safety and productivity, necessitating an innovative solution.
To address these issues, the project introduced a Double Zone Cooling and Drying Tunnel equipped with a Cartesian Robot for safe, automated handling of hot cookware at the tunnel entrance. The cooling system featured a Chilled Water Plate Heat Exchanger with a pressurized piping system, ensuring rapid temperature reduction and efficient heat exchange.
